Exam Format & Rules
- Questions: 70–150 adaptive items. The exam stops when a confident determination is reached — question count is not an indicator of pass or fail.
- Time Limit: 3 hours 30 minutes. Warnings appear at 30 and 10 minutes remaining. The exam submits automatically when time expires.
- Navigation: Forward only — you cannot return to a previous question once you advance.
- Calculator: A four-function calculator is available at any time using the Calculator button (top right or bottom left).
- Scenarios: Clinical Judgment questions show patient information in the left panel. New information is revealed at each phase — read carefully before answering.
- Item Types: Multiple-choice, multiple-response, drag-and-drop, build-list, graphical, and options-box questions may appear.
